Terms & Returns
Goods are to be inspected immediately upon receipt and you are to notify us within 14 days of delivery if the goods are damaged or not personalised to your exact specification when ordering (full details of your specification will be confirmed in the email sent to you at the time you submit your order). Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be your responsibility to return any faulty goods to us, and you shall be entitled to either replacement goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable) plus any return postal charges, only if the goods are, in fact, confirmed as defective.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package.
Cancellation – As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellation once you have received your order confirmation email.
Delivery – We aim to have your product with you within 10 working days of receiving your order.
